Try your hand at knitting with this easy to follow and oh-so-cute bootie pattern.
Cast on 38 sts. D.K wool Size 5 needles
If you slip the first stitch of each row, you will have a neat edge for sewing up.
Knit 15 Slip 1 K6 Slip 1 K15
Knit 15 Purl K6 Purl 1 K15
Work these 2 rows 6 more times, 14 rows from casting on.
Cast off 7 sts. work to end.
Cast off 7 sts. work to end.
Cast off 1 stitch at beginning of row, work to end, cast off 1 stitch at end of row.
Continue like this until 10 sts. remain
Thread wool through these 10 sts. and sew up front and back seams.
Fold over top. Work another bootie the same way.
